1.     You have to draw a line on a right side of the paper.
     2.     Next  you have to fold  it .
      3.    Next you put the string in the right side were you fold it .
      4.    Then next I drew the eyes on the cardboard.       5.     At the end I put my fin on and cut out my tail.

In the weekend I was sleeping outside in a tent  with  my cousin . It was in the front of my house on the grass. I was  watching movies on youtube on my brothers netbook. We were all on the mattress,we stayed up all night until the morning and it started to rain we had to all go inside the house. I had a cool time.

My Long Weekend

In the weekend i was watching Street Dancers with my sisters and cousins at home on the lap top connected to the screen t.v, we watched another movie and it was and sad but good to watch.  After the movie i went to eat potato chips  and a blue drink,that’s all i wanted to eat, after the movie i went to sleep.

Robbery

On my way to school I went  into the shop to  buy a coke. After I buy my coke I went out I saw a robbery at 7.09  am. He went into the shop with his van still on I ran back to the shop. I look in the shop and ran back home and called the police.

The red bus broke  down,a tow truck came to take it away to get fixed at a garage.

Ten Pin Bowling

 In the holiday I went to a Holiday program in Dunkirk,we all went to ten pin bowling and went on a bus too. When we got there,we got into groups of five.  We played tern games,I won one game and lost all the other games. I had four strikes and really wanted to win my games. I had so much fun i didn’t want to go home.

My Weekend

On Saturday morning,i got up and watched spongebob.
And then I went with my brother and cousins to play touch on the field next to the round about.
After that we all went back home to play kicks,we had noodles for lunch. I had a good day.

On Sunday night  we play touch  on the road,me,my brother junior and my cousin Nelly-Wal. Then my Dad came outside and thought it was only my cousin playing,we all were hidding behind the fence,it was funny. After that,we went inside and I had a shower,we had butter chicken for dinner,yummy!!

Last night my family watched  a video from Tonga,it was my cousin’s wedding,there was a lot of people. They cooked a fat pig on a pole,it looked yummy!  They broke up a coconut and ate it.

The Chiefs game

Last Saturday,the Chiefs played the Sharks in Hamilton,I watched the game with my dad and my brother at home. The best part I like was when Sonny Bill got his try he ran and jumped up onto the people.It```` looked cool!  The Chiefs won the Super 15 Rugby,they are now the Champions.

Basket Ball

Yesterday after lunch,room 17 went to basket ball outside the courts,I had a cool group,we played a game,I dribbled the ball to get the cones,our group came second it was fun. After that we all went into the hall to shoot the balls into the hoops. It was time to go back to class.

Harold

On Monday after lunchtime, room 17  went to see Harold, we learned about our brain and body.
We watched a movie about a boy who forgot his lunch,his mum dropped of his lunch box to the office.  After  we watched the  movie we went back to class. `

Maui and the sun

Maui  and his brothers went fishing. They couldn't fish for long because the sun went to fast across the sky. Maui and his brothers made a net to hold the sun. They threw the net over the sun to make the sun slow down when he went across the sky. Maui hit the sun with a stick, the sun said what did I do to you? You need to slow down said maui. The sun promised to slow down. Maui and his brothers could fish.

The Rugby Game

On  the weekend I watched the junior All Blacks vs South Africa rugby game. They were playing for the junior rugby world cup.
South Africa won the game.  I was cheering for South Africa and I was very happy when they won. We had pizza for dinner. I liked watching the players get their medals and South Africa get the trophy.

The Hare and the Tortoise

The hare was winning the race.

Everyone thought that tortoise had no chance to win against the fast hare.

The hare was far ahead so he went to sleep under the tree.

While the hare was sleeping the tortoise took the lead.

The hare tried to catch up but he is was too late. The tortoise won the race!

The moral of the story is 'slow and steady wins the race'.

Pukeko

The pukeko wakes up early, goes for a splash in the pond to wash her feathers.

With her beak she combs her feathers,dries her wings and scratches an itch with her claw.

First you get a paper and make four strips. Then you plait it side to side. When you finish you can do anything with it.

In the weekend I watched the All Blacks vs Ireland rugby game. It was a hard game. The All Blacks won the game. I felt happy when they won.

Go Karts

On Saturday we made a go kart to play with.
We used a hammer to bang in the nails that holding the seat.
It had four wheels. I kept on crashing in to the fence.

Queen's Birthday

Yesterday on Queen's birthday my aunty came over to talk with  my dad and  my  uncle.

I was outside playing hide and go seek. We were waiting for the food to be ready so we could eat.

The food was yummy.

Going to a Wedding

On Saturday we went to a wedding and we had a feed and lots of pudding. Some people were dancing and it was lots of fun. Then it was time to go home.

Van Gogh's Sunflowers

Van Gogh painted sunflowers. It was a happy picture because his friend was coming to stay over. The main colour was yellow.

Swimming

On Monday we waited for the girl to come then we jumped in the pool. Then the girl was teaching us how to swim.

Long Bay

On Saturday we went to the beach at Long Bay for a picnic. We took a basket of food and a mat to sit on. We had a boat to go fishing, but we forgot the fishing rods! I took my swimming togs and sunscreen. 

Bumble Bee

It looks like a bee but its bigger.

They are big with yellow and black stripes.

They can fly with their small wings.

Blindfold Trail

On few weeks ago we went to play the blindfold trail in the hall. We played until 3.00pm. Then it was time go to home.  I had fun.
